As we launch into Season 10, we are thrilled to be revisiting some of our favorite shows from the past 10 seasons. The official season kicks off with AVENUE Q, June 6-14th at The Lamp Theatre. Tickets are on sale now, link below.
But first, we are very excited to be presenting the world premiere concert version of ROMERO & JULIET: A ZOMBIE ROCK MUSICAL. ROMERO & JULIET combines elements of Shakespeare's timeless tragedy and the cult zombie film "Night of the Living Dead," in a musical in the vein of LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS. The show features an original score inspired by eighties pop music icons Madonna, Bon Jovi, George Michael, Boy George, Jim Steinman and others

AVENUE Q
June 6-7, 12-14, 2025
The Lamp Theatre
A TONY® “Triple Crown” winner for Best Musical, Best Score and Best Book, “Avenue Q” presents a hilarious medley of colorful characters, outrageous songs and both human and stuffed talent. Despite an initial resemblance to a Jim Henson creation, the puppets of “Avenue Q” bring to life a more adult-appropriate storyline revolving around the experience of fresh-faced college graduate, Princeton, who moves to a dingy New York City apartment on Avenue Q. Through the endearing exploits of characters, including the “Girl Next Door” Kate, “The Republican” Rod, and the Internet porn addict Trekkie, Princeton and his friends manage to humanize themes of young love, enduring friendship and the purpose of life. With a cast of Westmoreland-area actors at the strings, these puppets present an irreverent commentary on a spectrum of hot-button social issues and bring audiences along for the uproarious ride. Produced by the same creative team that brought Broadway “The Book of Mormon,” “Avenue Q” beat out “Wicked” for the 2004 TONY award for Best Musical.
Avenue Q is presented through special arrangement with Music Theatre International (MTI). www.mtishows.com
